These Terms of Use («Terms») govern access to and use of Tryle on our website and mobile apps. By using Tryle, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy where they apply

Agreement If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Tryle. We may update these Terms from time to time. The «Last updated» date above shows when we last revised them

The service Tryle provides software that helps you get structured feedback on images you submit in the mobile app through scans, ratings, and improvement cycles. The website is for marketing, legal information, and downloading the app. It does not create consumer accounts or accept images. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable

Fees and payments In the mobile app, your first rating is free. Further scans, ratings, and starting a cycle require an active subscription. Subscription plans and current pricing are shown in the app and in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. The applicable app store's terms govern billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Refunds are handled according to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies and applicable law. You can request a refund through the relevant app store. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. By requesting a rating or scan, you ask us to begin providing the service immediately. Where applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right may be affected once the service has been fully performed, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise

Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. Age is verified in the app when you enter your date of birth. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact email if you suspect unauthorized access

Your images You keep your rights in the images you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display those images as necessary to provide, secure, and operate Tryle, including generating ratings and scans, running cycles, and preventing abuse

Acceptable use Do not misuse Tryle. For example, do not break the law, harass others, upload unlawful or non-consensual intimate imagery, attempt to compromise our systems, scrape the service in bulk without permission, or interfere with other users

Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to Tryle if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if necessary to protect the service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using Tryle at any time. You may delete your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy and on our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions through your store account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so

Our rights Tryle, its branding, and its software are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless we say otherwise, these Terms do not grant you ownership of our materials

Third parties Tryle may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services

Not professional advice Scan identification, rating scores and metrics, cycle tasks, and next-step copy are generated by AI. They are informational only and are not medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use a scan to decide whether something is safe to eat, apply, or ingest, or as a diagnosis. Do not treat a score or a task as a professional health, appearance, or legal assessment. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should not rely solely on Tryle for important decisions. Liability limits are in the «Limitation of liability» section

No warranty Tryle is provided «as is» and «as available» without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the service

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tryle and «Aleksandr Luginin PR Racunarsko Programiranje Lalex Web Novi Sad» are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of fifty euros (€50) or what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Novi Sad, Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise

Changes We may modify these Terms. We will update the «Last updated» date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms
