These Terms of Use («Terms») govern access to and use of Tryle on our website and mobile apps. By using Tryle, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy where they apply

Agreement If you do not agree, do not use Tryle. We may update these Terms from time to time. The «Last updated» date above shows when we last revised them

The service Tryle provides software that helps you get structured feedback on images you submit through scan and rate on web and mobile. On the website, signed-in users can use the free action allowance per account, manage account settings (such as language preference), and delete their account; further actions are available in the mobile app. The mobile app offers free actions within the allowance and cooldown timers shown in the app for signed-in users without a subscription, plus unlimited actions with an active subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable

Fees and payments Tryle offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. On the website, the free action allowance per account is 1. In the mobile app, signed-in users without a subscription receive up to 2 free completed actions per cycle. After the first action, the second becomes available after 4 hours. The next cycle begins 24 hours after the first action of the current cycle. Scan and rate share the same quota pool on each platform. Free actions do not require a payment method. On the website, additional actions are not available once that allowance is used - use the mobile app for further actions. In the mobile app, generating additional scans or rates after the free allowance requires an active subscription. Subscription plans and current pricing are shown in the app and in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the selected rate unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. All billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store through your account on file with that platform. Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the respective app store - to request a refund, visit your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. By using Tryle to generate a score, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the service. You agree that once a score is successfully generated and delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal for that specific transaction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws (including in the EU or Serbia) provide otherwise

Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. Age is verified at signup via your date of birth. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact email if you suspect unauthorized access

Your images You keep your rights in the images you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display those images only to provide, secure, and improve Tryle, including generating feedback and preventing abuse

Acceptable use Do not misuse Tryle. For example, do not break the law, harass others, upload unlawful or non-consensual intimate imagery, attempt to compromise our systems, scrape the service in bulk without permission, or interfere with other users

Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to Tryle at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using Tryle at any time. You may delete your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy and on our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription - manage subscriptions in your store account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so

Our rights Tryle, its branding, and its software are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless we say otherwise, these Terms do not grant you ownership of our materials

Third parties Tryle may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services

Not professional advice Tryle is an image scanning and scoring tool. Output is informational and not medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. AI-generated insights are provided for guidance purposes only; Tryle does not guarantee that following these suggestions will lead to specific career or social outcomes. You acknowledge that Tryle uses generative AI technology. Output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should not rely solely on Tryle's feedback for important life decisions

No warranty Tryle is provided «as is» and «as available» without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the service

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tryle and «Aleksandr Luginin PR Racunarsko Programiranje Lalex Web Novi Sad» are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of fifty euros (€50) or what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Novi Sad, Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise

Changes We may modify these Terms. We will update the «Last updated» date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms
