What data we collect In the mobile app, we process images you submit, including images you capture or pick from your library, to generate scans and ratings and to run a cycle. Those images are sent to an AI provider (such as Google Gemini) to produce the result. They are not shared for advertising. We also use information you choose to provide, such as your goal, notes, and answers about habits, together with your previous cycle results, to personalize scans and ratings. The website does not accept images or create consumer accounts. When you set up the app, we store your date of birth to check that you meet the minimum age, your gender, and the onboarding answers you give. During a cycle, we store the images, task progress, and short reflections you add. If you allow notifications, we can send them to your device. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. We store the account details that method provides, such as your email. To protect the platform, we also collect basic technical data such as IP addresses and device or app identifiers where needed to prevent abuse. On the website, optional analytics run only after you consent. In the mobile app, product analytics run by default. The app may measure ads; on iOS we ask before using the advertising identifier

How we use your data We use your data to generate scans and ratings, run improvement cycles, personalize tasks, operate the mobile app, and send notifications you allow. With your permission, we also measure website analytics and advertising performance. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes

Legal bases for processing Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data because it is necessary to provide the service you request, to comply with our legal obligations, to protect the security of Tryle and prevent abuse, or because you have given consent. We rely on your consent for optional website analytics and, where required, advertising measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time, including by clearing this site's cookies and local storage so the website consent banner appears again. In the mobile app, product analytics run by default. You can stop using the app or delete your account. On iOS, ad measurement follows the App Tracking Transparency prompt where required

International data transfers Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including when images are sent to an AI provider. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses

Data retention We keep account and profile data while your account is active. Ratings, scans, cycle images, and related records are kept until you delete them or delete your account. If you delete a rating or a scan, we delete the image stored with it. After you request account deletion, we disable the account immediately and permanently delete associated account data after we process the request. We may retain limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations for as long as required. Website analytics retention follows the settings of our analytics providers

Trusted services We never sell your data. We share it with services that help run Tryle, including PostHog, Sentry, Meta, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Expo. Google may process data as an AI provider (such as Gemini), for Google sign-in, and for analytics where enabled. Expo may process push-notification tokens to deliver notifications you allow. Website analytics and ad measurement run only after you consent. The mobile app may share limited ad-measurement events; on iOS this follows the App Tracking Transparency prompt

Age restrictions Tryle is for users aged 13 and older. When you set up the app, we ask you to enter your date of birth to verify you meet the minimum age requirement. We store your birthdate and do not permit accounts for anyone under 13. If you think we have data from someone under 13, email us and we will delete it promptly

Your rights Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, receive a portable copy of certain data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. Account deletion is described in the section below

Deleting your account You can request deletion of your Tryle account and associated personal data at any time. In the mobile app, open «Profile» → «Options» → «Delete account», then confirm. Your account is disabled immediately and we permanently delete your data after processing the request. Step-by-step instructions are on our account deletion page. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account using the contact details on that page
