This document explains how Tryle on our website and mobile apps (operated by «Aleksandr Luginin PR Racunarsko Programiranje Lalex Web Novi Sad») handles your data

What data we collect To generate scans, scores, and feedback, we process images you submit from the website or the mobile app (including images you capture or pick from your library). Image processing uses AI models (such as Google Gemini). Your images are processed via secure APIs and are not used to train these models or shared for advertising purposes. When you sign up via the mobile app, we collect your date of birth solely to verify the minimum age requirement. To protect the platform, we also collect basic technical data such as IP addresses and device or app identifiers where needed to prevent abuse. On the website, optional analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel) run only after you consent. In the mobile app, product analytics (PostHog and Firebase Analytics) are enabled by default to improve Tryle. The mobile app may also use the Meta and Firebase SDKs to measure ads; on iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency permission before using the advertising identifier for that purpose. Core Tryle account and result data is stored securely in the EU

How we use your data We use your data to generate tryles, run the service on web and mobile, and send product updates. With your permission, we also measure website analytics and ads. On mobile, Meta and Firebase ad measurement may run after the platform tracking prompt where required. We never use your data for unrelated purposes

Your rights and choices We believe privacy is a fundamental right. On the website, we store your email and auth identifiers when you sign in (OAuth or magic link), and optional analytics run only after you click «Accept analytics». When you are signed in and have accepted website analytics, we may link your activity to your account user id in PostHog. In the mobile app, product analytics run by default based on our legitimate interest in improving Tryle; you can stop using the app or delete your account. You can withdraw website analytics consent at any time. Meta and Firebase advertising measurement on mobile follows the platform App Tracking Transparency prompt where required

Data retention We only keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service or until you ask us to delete it. Images submitted with a tryle are stored with that tryle; they are permanently deleted when you delete the tryle

Trusted services We never sell your data. We only share it with services like PostHog, Sentry, Meta, and Google that help keep Tryle running. PostHog, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel run on the website only after you consent. The mobile app may share limited measurement events with Meta and Firebase; on iOS advertising measurement follows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Sentry monitors stability; on the website it may include session-linked data if you enable analytics, and in the mobile app crash data is collected without cross-app tracking

Age restrictions Tryle is for users aged 13 and older. When you sign up, we ask you to enter your date of birth to verify you meet the minimum age requirement. We store your birthdate and do not permit accounts for anyone under 13. If you think we have data from someone under 13, email us and we will delete it promptly

Your rights You can request access to or correction of your personal data at any time. Account deletion is described in the section below

Deleting your account You can request deletion of your Tryle account and associated personal data at any time. In the mobile app, open «Profile» - «Options», tap «Delete account», and confirm. On the website, open «Options» and tap «Delete account». Your account is disabled immediately and we process permanent deletion afterward. Step-by-step instructions are on our account deletion page. If you cannot access the app or website, email us from the address linked to your account using the contact details on that page
